How far in advance do we need to book?
It is never too early to book. In fact there may be savings to be made by booking early, as we offer special rates if you book in advance. Do you charge a booking fee?
No, the cost of your chosen coverage is a complete price.
Do you charge for mileage?
Our packages cover most of the Hampshire area. If additional mileage is required this is charged at 40p per mile.
Are there any hidden extras that I will have to pay?
No, the cost will be whichever package you choose and whatever is included.
Can we have Black & White photographs as well as colour?
As we use the very latest state of the art equipment, we are able to offer a range of styles including; Colour, Black & White, Sepia and many more special effects at no additional charge.
What is the difference between low resolution and high?
High resolution can be printed at a very large size, which is great if you want large prints or canvases made. Low resolution is good for the standard size photograph prints.
Our church is not very picturesque, can we stop off at a alternative location?
Of course! As it's your day we strive to meet your needs, just ask!
How long after the wedding will we receive our albums?
Every wedding is different, however we aim to deliver all our albums within 1 working month of your wedding date.
How will my friends and family order pictures of our wedding?
We have a special Client Area on our wesbite for your friends and family. It's here they are able to view your special day and choose any photographs that they like. Payment is organised via PayPal and the delivery charge is free for all orders.
How do we book?
You can contact us via email, or alternatively call us to arrange a meeting suitable for yourself and your partner. It's then we go through your plans for the day, the packages that suit your needs and answer any questions that you may have.
