I have an absolute peach for you all today, with the incredibly styled & chic wedding of Aimee + Carl.
This amazing day had it all… The dress of dreams, the most beautiful couple, and magical details to die for!
Southend Barns was glorious as always, and offered the perfect backdrop for this spectacular sun-soaked wedding!
Before the Ceremony
This was such an elegant space for bridal preparations, with Aimee and her girls getting ready together!
I adored Aimee’s stunning Sherri Hill wedding dress, with a plunging neckline and stunning lace detail! I was living for all the glorious accessories including classic white Christian Louboutins + pearl detailed bridal handbag. Plus a second wedding dress for the evening with lots of sparkle and glam ready for the party!
Also, can we take a moment for the styling at this wedding! The dreamiest dusky pastel roses, and pampas grass detailing added such a gorgeous aesthetic for the nuptials and carried across to Aimee’s bouquet.
Styled Chic Wedding Ceremony
What a glorious day we had for these two lovebirds! The sun was out in all its glory, adding a really special touch to an already incredible day!
Nestled in a peaceful spot in the venue’s secret garden, Aimee + Carl exchanged vows under a beautiful sheltered pagoda! Family and pets looked on as love filled the air, surrounded by beautiful green borders and of course framed by the dreamiest circular arch, adorned in pastel flowers and pampas grass.
These two laughed and smiled throughout the ceremony, and happiness shone from every face!
The Reception
Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and picture-perfect hideaways, Southend Barns is honestly the most dreamy, romantic haven! After the ceremony, we all headed to the main courtyard for yummy canapés, and sun-drenched drinks!
After celebrations and time spent with loved ones, I took Aimee + Carl off for some couples portraits! There were so many stunning spots to enjoy and capture, including a walled rose garden, manicured and sculpted lawns, and the most romantic tree-lined bridge!
We spent the most precious afternoon together, surrounded by gorgeousness at every turn!
Speeches & Golden Hour
Where do I even start with the incredible evening celebrations that unfolded for these two! The reception was held in the stunning Southend Barns, which totally exudes countryside opulence! It was honestly the perfect backdrop for the most stunning wedding styling and pastel-themed tablescapes.
I always love the speeches! They are such a special part of the day for me! Everyone was fully relaxed, perhaps a little merry, and fully transfixed in the moment! The speeches were filled with love, joy & everything in between!
After a delectable feast, I took Aimme + Carl off for a little moment of peace under a low evening sun! We wandered through golden fields and the images we captured are some of my absolute favourites from the day!
Evening Party & Fireworks
Once back at the party there was plenty of dancing, with the dreamiest light pouring through the windows like a spotlight!
Some serious moves were pulled, including some dancing from the Groomsmen & Aimee getting into dress number two – a sparkly number that was made to party in!
Lastly, as the night drew in we went outside to watch the most amazing fireworks, which played alongside music to add to the party!
WHAT AN AMAZING DAY!
I can honestly say I didn’t want it to end!
