Before the Ceremony
The wedding day began with Lottie getting ready with the rest of her bridal party. Her bridal hair was a classic Hollywood-esque wave with a beautiful side detail.
Her dress was hung in an adjacent room with the Summer sunshine glowing throughout their home. Lottie’s sister-in-law finished off her hair whilst the bridesmaids got ready, and soon enough it was time for Lottie to get dressed. The time seems to flyby in an instant on a wedding day!
Once dressed, Lottie shared an intimate first look with her parents outside. This was followed by having some champagne with her parents & bridesmaids before setting off to the church.
The Ceremony
I then went across to the church to see Josh and his groomsmen. We captured a few quick photographs of them all before the ceremony.
Flowers were filling the church and its courtyard, including the archways, doorway, and all the pews – it looked stunning!
The ceremony felt intimate and cosy, and it was admired by all their guests. To finish, we had a huge confetti line, followed by a receiving line. What a way to start the party!
The Reception
The wedding reception was held at their private estate in Surrey, just a short walk away.
There was live music, champagne, canapes and garden games for all to enjoy.
The grounds were beautiful and made a perfect backdrop for their group photographs and couple photographs.
Evening Celebrations
To start the evening celebrations off, we headed into the marquee. The marquee was filled with rustic trestle tables, individual flower vases and gorgeous little details for all to enjoy.
It was the perfect setting for the speeches, which caused a few happy tears and lots of laughter!
To finish off the day, Lottie & Josh had a live band – which even during soundcheck had a full dance floor!
Needless to say, once the dancefloor was officially open, it was a party in full swing all night!
