I’m so excited to share this incredible LGBTQ wedding with you all. A truly special day filled with colourful blooms, tropical details, and all the smiles!!!
Chris & Mark celebrated at one of my favourite venues, Burley Manor, and made the day truly their own, reflecting their vibrant & fun personalities! It was a total joy to be part of!
Before the Ceremony
There were many special twists to this day, one of which was Chris & Mark choosing to get ready together, which I loved! The excitement built with them as a team, and it was such a fun morning! They both looked fab in gorgeous his & his navy suits with mustard touches, and let’s not forget the cutest of pooch cufflinks!
The Ceremony
Chris & Mark got married at the breathtaking Burley Manor barn, with touches of gold and navy, mirroring their amazing outfits, and creating the most glorious backdrop for their vows! They also had tropic colours throughout and pineapples to add the final touch – it looked incredible!
It was a heartfelt felt ceremony, filled with laughter and love & to finish they walked their confetti line which was full of colour!
The Reception
The weather was on our side for a post-ceremony celebration on the lawn, with guests treated to some sunshine, as well as some seriously delicious canapes!
Now on to that decor! THAT DECOR!!! Filled with everything from golden pineapples to hot pink orchids, this was truly a feast for the eyes! I really love a colourful wedding, especially with such an amazing couple at its core!
Can we also take a moment for that cake?! Have you ever seen anything so beautiful? Just so much thought went into every special touch! I hope you all enjoy looking at it, as much as I did (and yes, I took a lot of photos of it too!).
The Evening Reception
Well, what an evening!! Although the guest list was intimate, the celebration was not!!
Surrounded by loved ones Chris & Mark delivered some exceptional speeches, in the most stunning space! I love the juxtaposition of old wooden beams, nestled amongst tropical leaves, and colourful flowers.
After a feast for all the senses (and the stomachs), we headed out for a post-dinner moment, to capture the afterglow of the day just passed. A little moment for these two to take it all in.
Then it was back to the party for some of that amazing cake! It was almost too gorgeous to cut (almost)! I love that they had a caricaturist, such a fun touch for all their guests!
