I recently had the pleasure of photographing Jordon and Emily’s wedding at the picturesque Burley Manor in Ringwood, Hampshire. They wanted a relaxed, fun vibe on their special day with great music for an energetic vibe, and that’s exactly what they had!
Before the Ceremony
Emily started the day surrounded by her bridesmaids while she got her hair and makeup done in the bridal suite. There was such an air of excitement as bubbles were shared and even a little boogie to Emily’s favourite tunes. Her Stella York gown with bespoke lace side panels and gorgeous cathedral-length lace veil stole the show and brought a few tears to her family with a first look. Emily’s dream dress was complimented by an elegant ivory and orange bridal bouquet that completed her look. This wedding morning was full of fun vibes, smiles and was an absolute dream to photograph.
The Ceremony
The ceremony took place at Burley Manor, with its rustic charm and picturesque surroundings, it was the perfect setting for Jordan & Emily to say their “I Do’s”. The venue was adorned with elegant floral arrangements in terracotta and peach hues paired with delicate and elegant creamy neutral tones. Jordon and Emily exchanged their vows under a canopy of fairy lights, surrounded by close family and friends, just how they imagined it would be. The intimate setting and personal touches made the ceremony incredibly special and memorable.
The Reception
This was honestly my favourite part as it was an absolute blast! The guests were treated to ice cream and bubbly in the beautiful gardens for the drinks reception and the couple surprised everyone with a lively mariachi band, which was a massive hit! The atmosphere was electric, with guests enjoying every moment of the live entertainment. Jordan & Emily wanted an atmosphere of fun vibes and a big family reunion with all their guests feeling relaxed and able to enjoy the great music and just dance the night away.
Evening Celebrations
To top off the evening, the couple were blessed with the most stunning sunset for their couple portraits. We had a relaxed photo session with the vibrant sunset colours creating the most romantic newlywed photos that I am sure will feature heavily in their wedding gallery.
With live music playing a huge part of the couple’s celebrations, their guests danced the night away to a fantastic band that kept the energy and excitement going all night long.
Jordon and Emily’s wedding was a beautifully designed and creative day filled with their favourite people. It was an honour to capture all the details of their wedding and I hope you enjoyed seeing the story of their special day. If you’re planning a celebration in the South of England and want to ensure every memory is captured, I’d love to hear from you!
